OSM times out on browser due to network connectivity issues

Issue
- OSM is not reachable via cluster management/node management IP from browser
- While attempts to reach the OSM web UI resulted in timeouts or connection errors.
Error: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT - Any administrative tasks (for eg: applying licenses) via OSM GUI cant be performed
- Web services are up and running
- Certificate is valid as seen from ONTAP CLI
- CLI is accessible
