OSM not accessible with SSL error

ONTAP System Manager (OSM)

Issue

  • Web services on the cluster are up and the SSL certificate is valid
  • OSM is not accessible via browser
  • Service Processor Interface (SPI)  not reachable via cluster-mgmt (http://<cluster_mgt_ip>/spi) and primary node hosting the cluster management(http://<primary_node_mgt_ip>/spi)
  • SPI is reachable via secondary node-mgmt (http://<secondary_node_mgt_ip>/spi)
  • apache log in primary node:
