Is it possible to set schedule over volume efficiency on OSM?

Answer

No, it is not supported yet.  You only can set schedule over volume efficiency policy rather than volume efficiency on OSM.
But you can use CLI command of volume efficiency modify as a workaround.
Example:
cluster1::> volume efficiency modify -vserver vs1 -volume vol1 -schedule sun-sat@12
