IOPS, Throughput and Latency are not being retrieved and Performance pane shows only 0 in ONTAP System Manager

  • Performance graph is shown in Dashboard without error
  • IOPS, Throughput and Latency are shown as 0
  • /api/cluster/metrics API returns without error but all returned value are 0
  • CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP are not configured
  • SnapMirror destination 

Issue

Performance graph is shown in Dashboard but all counter values are 0.
