  • Error when accessing System Manager or the SPi:

    This site can't be reached. <cluster-mgmt IP> refused to connect. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
    This site can't be reached. <node-mgmt IP> refused to connect. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
     
  • Can successfully access via SSH to the cluster
