Issue

  • ONTAP system Manager doesn't allow create consistency groups with option"Using new storage units" and "More Options" when choosing the storage unit size more than 16 TiB
  • The issue is seen in ASA-A90r2 SMBC as well as AFF-C80 metrocluster setup on ONTAP 9.17.1P8 release where the maximum LUN size allowed is 128 TiB
  • Error in GUI:

The maximum size allowed is ~ 16TiB.
