CONTAP-661117: Period key on 10-key numeric keypad not recognized in ONTAP System Manager for editing capacity numbers

Issue

When using the keyboard keypad in OnCommand System Manager, the decimal (period) key does not work when entering numbers, specifically when resizing a volume. This issue occurs in all web browsers and is not present in the ONTAP CLI. No error messages are observed.
When editing a volume only capacity is not responding to the period key. If editing the volume name, mount, or export, the 10-key period works.
