"NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement" email not received after sending an AutoSupport message

Issue
- Triggered ASUP log attached mail related EMS event including the keyword of test (case insensitive) .
- Sent to the e-mail addresses specified in the
-to
(List of To Addresses) field. - ASUP's parameter
-support
(Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support) is set asenabled
. - Remove Sensitive Data is set to
true
. - With the above settings, after triggering ASUP using the
system node autosupport invoke
command, the NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement email not be received.
