Issue

  • Triggered ASUP log attached mail related EMS event including the keyword of test (case insensitive) .
  • Sent to the e-mail addresses specified in the -to (List of To Addresses) field.
  • ASUP's parameter -support (Send AutoSupport Messages to Vendor Support) is set as enabled.
  • Remove Sensitive Data is set to true.
  • With the above settings, after triggering ASUP using the system node autosupport invoke command, the NetApp Automated AutoSupport Acknowledgement email not be received.
