CONTAP-113880: Unexpected ALERT during FlexClone creation

Issue

When FlexClone volumes are created from a volume converted to a FlexGroup while Snapshot copies are being managed by a retention policy, ONTAP may log an unexpected wafl.snapshot_xlation_duplicate_entry ALERT. The duplicate entry reports the same physical and logical Snapshot copy numbers. In the reported scenario, the FlexClone creation jobs completed successfully and the volumes were reported as OK.
