Issue

  • Experiencing one or more of the following problems:
    • Not able to access System Manager web server for management via HTTPS.
    • FPolicy connections on port 443 (HTTPS) fail.
  • Verify this article is a match by verifying the system reports event log message: mgmtgwd.certificate.expired   
    • To find the event log message, use the following command:
      • event log show -severity ERROR -message-name mgmtgwd.certificate.expir*
    • Log Example:
      • mgwd: mgmtgwd.certificate.expired:error]: A digital certificate with Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) Demo_SVM, Serial Number 1595E0570073AAA1, Certificate Authority 'Demo_SVM' and type server for Vserver Demo_SVM has expired.
