Issue

  • Running the hareboot command on a Brocade switch resulted in an unexpected full system reboot
  • RAS_POST log shows the messages:

kernel: : Cassian: setting to MASTER as HA bit is not set

kernel: : fssm_ioctl:Services starting a COLD recovery
kernel: : fss_svc_command:chassis(0):starts COLD recovery!

kernel: : HW reset cause: first = 0x2 latest = 0x0
