Unable to reach switch by SSH and WebTools

Issue
- Switch cannot be reached via SSH or Web Tools
- Pings to switch IP are successful
- When connected to switch via serial console, it is outputting file system errors:

- Issue remains after switch is power cycled
- Cannot change boot partition because of Secure Boot:
=> printenv
