Unable to reach switch by SSH and WebTools

Issue

  • Switch cannot be reached via SSH or Web Tools
  • Pings to switch IP are successful
  • When connected to switch via serial console, it is outputting file system errors:
error on file open (5): /etc/fabos/config/vf-conf
000: EXT4-fs error (device sda1): __ext4_find_entry:1531: inode #931: comm webd: reading directory lblock 0
webd -S fcsw execl failed errno: 5 errstr:Input/output error
000: EXT4-fs error (device sda1): __ext4_find_entry:1531: inode #931: comm webd: reading directory lblock 0

  • Issue remains after switch is power cycled
  • Cannot change boot partition because of Secure Boot:
=> printenv
Unsupported command 'printenv' in Secure Boot Mode
=> setenv
Unsupported command 'setenv' in Secure Boot Mode
