Unable to generate supportsave from SANnav and getting below error:
“Failed to generate Supportsave for switch 192.168.XX.XX. Reason: 192.168.XX.XX :Exception while trying to create the switch specific folders under 'technicalsupport' directory or while verifying file write permission..”
