  • Receive the following alerts in EMS log frequently (multiple times a day)
HA Group Notification (Health Monitor process schm: FabricSwitchUnreachable_Alert[1000xxxxxxxxxxxx]) ALERT
HA Group Notification (Health Monitor process nchm: InterconnectAdapterOfflineAlert[2100xxxxxxxxxxxx]) ALERT
HA Group Notification (Health Monitor process nchm: StorageFCAdapterFault_Alert[1000xxxxxxxxxxxx]) ALERT
