SANnav GUI webpage is not loading

Issue

  • Unable to login to SANnav via GUI, below error is seen on browser.

  • Same error is seen on all other browsers too.
  • Pings to the SANnav server IP works fine.
  • Login to the SANnav using CLI via SSH or putty is successful .
  • SANnav services are running as expected, same can be verified using the script via SANnav CLI ./check-sannav-statu.sh from directory <install_home>/bin.
  • There is no such list created on SANnav to verify if IP address is in the list of allowed browsers.
