SANnav Server 2.2.1 OVA

Issue

  • Following a change to CA signed certificate, after reboot a service failed to start and SANnav application is down
  • show-sannav-configurations.sh displays correct information
  • <install_home>/bin/restart-sannav.sh does not resolve the issue
  • check-sannav-status.sh  has a service constantly in restarting, stopped or failed


Example:

[root@abc_sannav]#check-sannav-status.sh

Following services are currently restarting

nginx error log:

/sannav/Portal_2.2.0_abc/conf/nginx[emerg] 1#1: cannot load certificate "/etc/nginx/sannav-cert.pem": PEM_read_bio_X509_AUX() failed (SSL: error:0908F066:PEM routines:get_header_and_data:bad end line)
