Issue

  • Amber light or no link lights displayed on the switch's PSU
  • psshow shows a PSU is faulty:

Switch:admin> psshow

Power Supply #1 is OK
Airflow Dierction : Non-portside Exhaust (Forward)
Power Supply #2 is faulty
Airflow Dierction : Non-portside Exhaust (Forward)

  • fanshow may show a fan as faulty:

Switch:admin> fanshow
Fan 1 is Ok, speed is 26667 RPM
Fan 2 is Faulty

  • ​​​​​​Autosupport may report:

Call Home Alert about product xx.xx.xxx.xx has been reported for this system

  • The power cable has been determined to be good and is connected properly
