Issue

  • Replacement switch is at a higher FOS revision as the existing fabric and this violates on-site change control policy's.
  • New switch needs to be downloaded to the same FOS version as the existing environment. From FOS 9.0.0a to 8.2.3a1.
Error:
Cannot downgrade to 8.0 or lower. Please downgrade to 8.1 first and then download the desired firmware
version.
