Wrong number of ports enabled after applying licenses on BES-53248

Issue

• Switches have different ports licensed
• Applying supplied licenses resulted in different port distribution across the switches
• Unexpected number of ports enabled after installing the switch port license files
• BES-53248 switches ship with a base config of 16 Ports of 10/25G + 2 Ports of 40/100G
• When more ports are needed, a transaction key is purchased to add one of the 3 available licenses:

• Expected port license configuration example:
  • A switch on which the following 2 licenses were needed:
    • SW-BES-53248A2-8P-2P (8 Port 10/25G + 2 Port 40/100G License Key)
    • SW-BES53248A2-6P-40-100G (6 Port 40/100G License Key)
  • The correct number of ports should be 24 ports of 10/25G and 8 ports of 40/100G, as follows:
