IO Errors received on Linux server due to faulty switch end SFP

Issue

  • IO errors being received on server end and server is not functioning properly.
  • Multiple LUNs are present to this server through the ONTAP.
  • Below are Error messages seen on Linux host:

  • switchshow  output on switch end for the port 3 is showing online and port 4 is showing Laser_flt.
