Issue
- Alerts sent via Autosupport using subject:
- HA Group Notification (HA INTERCONNECT DOWN) ALERT and/or
- HA Group Notification (Health Monitor process nchm: MccIp_PortOfflineAlert[ClusterA_e0b-20_e0b-20]) ALERT
- Switch dead, no response to connection attempts via ping, ssh, serial console
- Error while booting ONTAP
