Issue

When adding the license the switch reboots during the validation phase and no license is loaded.
 
Example:
 
transfer.c(1230):WGET File Transfer (lic/switch_1.dat) completed.
Transfer file download is done. Validation is in progressCAPABILITY LICENSING : Tue Jul 26 08:13:16 2022: Validating hash value .
starting pid 1206, tty '': '/etc/rc.d/rc.reboot'

Rebooting system!
Sent SIGKILL to all processes
