Issue

  • The H610S system automatically powers on after connecting the power, even though the power button is not pressed
  • During power on, Events log recorded the following platformHardwareEvents
Hardware fault ID 4 text=Power supply PS2 input missing or out of range.
EventId: 3d, ReportedDate: 07/09/2025, 13:51:24, Event: Power Supply PSU1_Status, Power Supply AC lost
EventId: 3e, ReportedDate: 07/09/2025, 13:51:24, Event: Power Supply PSU1_Status, Power Supply AC lost
EventId: 3f, ReportedDate: 07/09/2025, 13:51:24, Event: Power Supply PSU1_Status, Predictive failure
EventId: 40, ReportedDate: 07/09/2025, 13:51:28, Event: Power Supply PSU Redundancy, Fully Redundant
