NVRAM card not mounted after node shutdown and slice service not responding

Issue

After the node shuts down, the NVRAM card fails to mount when the node boots back up.
  • ActiveIQ/WebGUI alert:
NVRAM device problems detected, metadata drive will be removed. Contact NetApp Support. error={NVRAM device partition exists, but not mounted}

Note: If multiple nodes are affected by an unexpected power outage, the volumeOffline condition may also be detected.
