AutoSupport fails due to Serial Number mismatch after controller replacement

Issue
AutoSupport logs stopped sending to NetApp after a controller/chassis swap. The storage management console and system logs show a different serial number than the one registered in NetApp’s Support Portal. Despite being enabled and configured correctly, AutoSupport is inactive and NetApp doesn't receive automatic failure notifications.
