Issue
- New E-Series system installation having iSCSI port with Cisco SFP goes down or disappears briefly after configuration.

Fig: We see the baseboard port 0a, 0b have disappeared. They re-appear for brief period after reseating cable/ SFP or reboot controller.
- During reboot of controller, we see in Event logs:
- NOTE: This may not trigger from start
