Issue

  • Unable to upgrade the E-Series OS firmware.
  • Upgrade is stuck after performing the pre-upgrade health check.
  • The following error message is shown

There is a storage partitions mapping database error on one of the controllers.  You cannot upgrade the storage array until the problem is resolved.  

Contact your Technical Support Engineer to resolve this issue.
