NTP synchronization failure on E-Series

Issue
- E-Series system is unable to synchronize time with an NTP server on the same network, despite successful network connectivity and NTP traffic being observed by the NTP server.
- Major event log reports errors as below:
B:3/7/23,4:30:17 PM (16:30:17)126652 2289 The DNS/NTP configuration on this controller is either incorrect or all the NTP
servers are unreachable over the network - Shelf 99, Bay B<--CRITICAL
B:3/7/23, 4:29:44 PM (16:29:44) 126651 2294 Either the NTP server's resolved or configured IP address is wrong or the IP address is unavailable via the attached network - Shelf 99, Bay B
- The solution mentioned in the KB article NTP fails on E-Series with DNS/NTP configuration or server unreachable error does not resolve the issue.
