Failed to validate SAML configuration on E-Series SANtricity System Manager

Issue
During initial configuration of the SAML feature in SANtricity, the Enable SAML (step 5) fails with the following error:
"Failed to validate SAML configuration on Controller A because: Cannot validate authentication. Ensure the IdP is accessible and the IdP server and controller clocks are synchronized."
