Issue

  • Controller reboots unexpectedly with the following error message in excLogShow output from state-capture-data.txt

(CPU5Config): PANIC: cachePurge: dirty assocCCB 0x176c44e80 in cachePool 1 for device 4

  • Core dump has been captured AutoSupport triggered.
  • MAJOR-EVENT-LOG reports:
  • Controller cache not enabled or was internally disabled
  •  Cache mirroring on controllers not synchronized
