Issue

  • After controller upgrade (Headswap) to the E4000 platform, one or more of the following alerts may be reported. The alerts will be reported in SANtricity System Manager and the recovery-guru-procedures.html file within Support Bundle and AutoSupport.
    • Battery Removed
    • Write-Back Caching Forcibly Disabled
    • Battery Settings Mismatch
