Issue

  • When a volume is created on the CBIS infrastructure, it takes a long time to get uploaded to the E-Series E2800.
    • The volume creation process executes in two steps:
      1. Caching the image file from which the volume is created on Cinder (/var/lib/cinder/conversion)
      2. The cached file is uploaded to the E-Series array. This second step is very slow or does not complete or complete with failures.
