- Issue observed after SANtricity upgrade
- Host-side logs and logs show >75% I/O routed to the alternate controller for affected volumes
- No controller hardware failures, resets, or explicit multipath driver errors detected
- Affected volumes are mapped to clustered hosts with multiple host types (Linux DM-MP, ATTO Cluster, Windows)
