Controller goes offline and in lockdown and is unable to serve any data.
Recovery GURU may report:
Failure Entry 2: OFFLINE_CTL-Recovery Failure Type Code: 28
Event log may report:
The controller's BMC is unresponsive - Shelf 99, Bay <A or B>
If AutoSupport is enabled, one or more of the following errors may be report:
