Issue

  • Following error seen when attempting to update SANtricity OS:

Controller Needs Attention

One of the storage array controllers needs attention. You cannot
upgrade the storage array until the problem is resolved.
Event Log Verification Error

An event log verification error has occurred
on the storage array. The storage array cannot be upgraded until the problems are corrected.

  • Health check log shows the following:
