Chassis part number is missing in SANtricity after chassis replacement

Issue
After performing a chassis replacement during maintenance, it is noticed in the SANtricity GUI when navigating to 'Support' from the left pane-> and hovering over 'Support Center' that the chassis part number is no longer reported.
