Autosupport is not working via SMTP after controller replacement

Issue

After replacing Controller on a E-Series system, autoSupport is no longer working.

From downloading a Support Bundle from Support > Diagnostics > Collect Support data, the web-server-trace-log-x reports:
2025-10-23 09:09:08,026 INFO [AlertManager-1] c.n.e.a.d.s.SMTPSender [SMTPSender.java:171] [requestId=0, deviceId=N/A] SMTP sender error, com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: <smtp server>, 25; timeout -1
2025-10-23 09:09:08,026 INFO [AlertManager-1] c.n.e.a.d.s.SMTPSender [SMTPSender.java:171] [requestId=0, deviceId=N/A] SMTP sender error, java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out
2025-10-23 09:09:08,026 ERROR [AlertManager-1] c.n.e.a.d.s.SMTPSender [SMTPSender.java:200] [requestId=0, deviceId=N/A] SMTP message send failed to: <smtp server>
