  • This Kb defines steps to reseat a drawer's SAS snake cable in a 60 drive enclosure
  • A 60 drive enclosure as 5 drawers each drawer as 2 sas snake cables one at the right handside of the shelf from the rear end and one at the left handside of the shelf.
  • The below procedure shows the drawer's sas snake cables from the rear end (Righ handside)of the drive shelf inside the chassis post removing the right fan canister as a demo ONLY
  • Quick 2 minutes reseat of the cable (One side at a time) needs no downtime
