Issue

Controller replaced but continues to show removed status. 7segement shows 5.1 or 5.3 / S.1 or S.3. The alternate controller can be in an optimal state, but rebooting or removing this controller may result in the issue impacting both slots within the chassis. No serial console access is possible to the affected controller(s).
