- If AutoSupport is enabled, an email is sent to the end user. In return, the user has 24 hours to respond if a support case must be opened. The email notification will be for:
E-Series Notification (Power supply failed) CRITICAL
- Starting with SANtricity OS 11.70.3, an AutoSupport message is not dispatched if the power supply failure reason is loss of power input. However, an email is sent to the end user if email notification is configured in SANtricity System Manager (Configure mail server and recipients for alerts).
