Issue

  • Recovery Guru reports one or multiple drawers degraded after controller replacement: SAS_PORT_DEGRADED-Recovery Failure Type Code: 112 
    Storage array: eseries
    Port reporting problem: Drive shelf 99, Drawer 5, Channel 1, Internal connection
    Status: SAS Port Degraded

  • STATE-CAPTURE-DATA > ionshow > luall 0 shows no degraded PHY

  • Snake cables are reseated but issue remains on the same or different drawer
