ASAr2 cluster join cannot be completed sucessfully

Issue

The following error is seen on joining second node to existing asar2 cluster:

System start up .....Error: Insufficient candidate disks to be stamped. Required: 6 Actual:
cluster::> cluster show
node-01      true    true
node-02      true    true

Warning: Cluster operation (cluster add-node) for node "node-02" is
         not complete and the node is not fully functional. Run "cluster
         add-node" on that node to complete the operation.
2 entries were displayed.

If halted the following errors would be seen on the node failing to join the cluster:
May 26 11:50:01 [node-02:disk.encryptNoSupport:ALERT]: Detected FIPS-certified encrypting drive 0n.21, but FIPS drives are not supported on this node. 8 of 8 disks checked are FIPS-certified.
