How to view a case status on the NetApp Support Site
Procedure
- Login to NetApp Support Site
- Click on CASES & PARTS
- Select My Cases from the dropdown

- Select Date Opened

- Click on New Search
- The cases opened between the selected date range will be displayed with the case status
