Issue

The Restore-SmRepositoryBackup command fails with the error:

"Restore-SmRepositoryBackup : Failed to retrieve SnapCenterDB configuration file C:\Program Files\NetApp\SnapCenter WebApp\App_Data\SnapCenterDBConfig.xml"
