Unable to restore an encrypted VM

Issue
- When restoring an encrypted VM get the following error message in vCenter:
Invalid or unsupported virtual machine configuration. Source VM/Disk vm-14193 encrypted, but no storage-policy selected for the destination. Select an appropriate storage-policy to either decrypt or keep the VM/Disk encrypted.
- Error in SCV job log:
