SnapCenter backups fail where no VMDK disks can be discovered

Issue

  • Backup fails with the following error in the Job Details:

Activity 'Discovering Resources' failed with error: Unable to find the database files: (<DB_Path>)

  • Error seen in the <installation_path>\NetApp\SnapCenter\App_Data\log\SnapManagerWeb_<id>.log:
