Issue

The SPL service will not start on the plugin host when attempting to start it
 
root@ntap1:/opt/NetApp/snapcenter/spl/bin> ./spl start
SPL:Starting SnapCenter Plugin Loader
0513-059 The spl Subsystem has been started. Subsystem PID is 1832222.
SPL:SnapCenter Plugin Loader is not running
