Issue

When upgrading SnapCenter 4.1.x to 4.1.1Px, with active Antivirus agent running, the SMCore upgrade may fail to finish properly.

An example of an error found in the SMCoreInstall_YYYY_MM_DDThh-mm-ss.log:

WiXCSCA.EnableMessageQueuing: osVersion.Minor: 3
WiXCSCA.IsWindowsFeatureEnabled: Begin
WiXCSCA.IsWindowsFeatureEnabled: Argument:/online /get-featureinfo /FeatureName:MSMQ-Server
WiXCSCA.StartProcessAndWait: Begin
WiXCSCA.StartProcessAndWait: ERROR: Dism didn't exit in 120 seconds.
Exception thrown by custom action:
System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not find file 'C:\Users\Administrator.DEMO\AppData\Local\Temp\MSMQ-Server.txt'.
   at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
