Issue

  • During the backup operation, the following error is found in the Hana backup log:

-bash: hdbuserstore: command not found

  • The GUI or Backup Report many also produce the following error:
exit code [-1] and with error: Verification of HDBSQL OS USER [snapcenter_hana] failed with error: [sudo: a terminal is required to
read the password; either use the -S option to read from standard input or configure an askpass helper]
