Issue

The SnapCenter Plug-in for SAP HANA fails  due to authentication errors.

SPL.Logs:

pam_unix(su-l:auth): auth could not identify password for [backup_username]
pam_sss(su-l:auth): authentication failure
pam_sss(su-l:auth): received for user backup_username: 10 (User not known to the underlying authentication module)
FAILED SU (to backup_username) backup_username on none
